For achieving this goal ABC Moscow has developed, approved and enacted regulatory documents that reflect the commitment of ABC Moscow and its management to high ethical standards of conducting an open and honest business, following the best corporate governance practices and maintaining a business reputation, and also determine key principles and requirements aimed at preventing corruption and compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws by members of management bodies and employees of ABC Moscow, as well as third parties with whom the Bank has business relationships.
ABC Moscow is committed to improving a culture based on ethical conduct and reliable corporate governance, and in this regard, accepts the importance of having rules for dealing with notifications of violations and abuses sent by employees, customers and counterparties.
For the purpose of proper reception, analysis and consideration of reports of violations and / or abuses, the Bank has created an e-mail address we_care@abchina.com. The Bank ensures confidential consideration of all applications (messages) received by the Bank's Hotline, and also guarantees to persons who in good faith provided information about violations, protection against negative consequences associated with such an application (message).
