ABC Moscow offers its corporate clients a range of settlement services including maintenance of the Client’s account and execution of settlement transactions by order of the Client in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation for this type of account, and are the integral part of the bank account agreement.
· opening and maintenance of accounts in rubles and foreign currencies for residents and nonresidents· providing all kinds of settlements in rubles and foreign currencies including international payments via SWIFT
· conversion operations
· foreign trade deals support, rendering of services on currency control
· products of Cash Management group
· interest accruals on account balances
The bank account agreement shall be entered into by adhering of the client to ABC Moscow Account Opening and Maintenance Terms and Conditions by way of filing by the client of the Application for Account Opening prepared as per the form of the Bank and by acceptance thereof by the Bank. The client shall provide the Bank with complete set of properly designed documents in accordance with the list defined by the Bank.
